Our company is hosted on the WordPress platform. WordPress with Dokan provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Woo Commerce data storage, databases and the general Woo Commerce applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Woo Commerce and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.   • Shipping

Do you ship internationally? 

All deliveries are arranged by the seller. Please contact the seller directly before placing your order. If you are selling goods and need assistance with shipping, please get in touch. We can make arrangements for shipping all goods for you worldwide. A quote will be provided and payment must be made in full prior to the shipment being arranged.

  • Will I be charged for taxes

Customers in countries other than the tax area of the seller, should local taxes or duties be due, will receive a separate invoice from the carrier. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country.

  • Returns

What is your returns policy?  If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that the seller can make an insurance claim against the carrier’s insurers. Please contact the seller immediately so they can rectify the situation for you and organise a return of the damaged item. If you receive goods in damaged condition that you deem as of unmerchantable quality, you must notify the seller by email, post or telephone, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase. If you change your mind about any items you have ordered, please notify us within please contact the seller. What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, through a secure server. The confirmation email you receive will also be your official receipt. The security of our customers is paramount and the website is both secure and follows all guidelines on this issue.

Pricing for sales is set at 10% of the total value of the listing plus Stripes fee of 1.4% + 20p for European cards and 2.9% + 20p for non-European cards. This will be deducted at point of sale.

We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied by customers strictly confidential. Any other information supplied to us may be stored on our computer system for our convenience, but will never be supplied to any outside agency.

We endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service. If something should go wrong please don’t hesitate to contact info@reptilestation.com. We welcome your comments as it enables us to continually improve our service. We will reply to you within 5 working days, normally with an immediate resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately we will keep you informed of the steps we are taking to put the matter right.

We try to keep Reptile Station and its services safe, secure, and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee the continuous operation of or access to our Services. Notification functionality in our online services may not occur in real time. Such functionality is subject to delays beyond our control.



We shall not be liable to you in contract, delict (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, such as loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption or for any losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by us arising, directly or indirectly from:

  • your use of or your inability to use our services;
  • pricing, postage or other guidance provided by Reptile Station;

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you. This is especially so if you are a consumer.

You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you and the legality of any items you list on any of our site.

We provide the venue; the items in our marketplaces are produced, listed, and sold directly by independent sellers, so Reptile Station cannot and does not make any warranties about their quality, safety, or even their legality. Any legal claim related to an item you purchase must be brought directly against the seller of the item. You release Reptile Station from any claims related to items sold through our services, including for defective items, misrepresentations by sellers, or items that caused physical injury (like product liability claims).

You may come across materials that you find offensive or inappropriate while using our services. We make no representations concerning any content posted by users through the services. Reptile Station is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of content posted by users that you accessed through the services. You release us from all liability relating to that content.


Previous liability exclusions considered, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or to any third party is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees in dispute not to exceed the total fees which you paid to us in the 1 month prior to the action giving rise to the liability, or (b) £500.
