Our official public debut. ReptileStation was introduced to the reptile community for the first time, generating real-time feedback, hands-on interaction, and the first wave of serious interest from keepers and breeders alike.
Mission Viejo Fair
July 25-27, 2025 - Mission Viejo, CA
Following our debut, we were invited by SCHAR (Southern California Herpetology Association & Rescue) to showcase ReptileStation at the Mission Viejo Fair. This marked our first large-scale public stress test — with constant foot traffic, hands-on interaction from families and kids, and multiple species demonstrations including reptiles and small mammals. The durability and modular design held up under heavy real-world use, and leadership within the reptile community expressed strong confidence in the platform’s long-term potential.

Central Valley Reptile Expo
August 9-10, 2025 - Ontario, CA
Our first show with Central Valley Reptile Expo marked a significant step forward. Working alongside SCHAR (Southern California Herpetology Association and Rescue), we supported their long-standing 501(c)(3) rescue efforts — including assisting with public interaction featuring one of their large ambassador animals. This event provided continued large-species testing for ReptileStation, including a 12-foot Burmese python, a juvenile American alligator, and tegus. The platform demonstrated stability and durability under high engagement, reinforcing confidence from both rescue leadership and expo organizers. The experience led to continued participation in subsequent Central Valley shows and strengthened our relationships within the Southern California reptile community.
Central Valley Reptile Expo
September 6-7, 2025 - Las Vegas, NV
This appearance marked continued momentum and geographic expansion. Despite operating from a compact 3.5' x 3.5' tabletop setup, ReptileStation demonstrated impressive scalability — safely accommodating multiple large ambassador animals in a high-traffic environment. Working alongside SCHAR, we continued large-species demonstrations while expanding conversations with exotic breeders. Interest extended beyond reptiles, with breeders recognizing the platform’s adaptability for species such as hedgehogs. The response reinforced both the durability of the system and its growing versatility across animal communities.
Central Valley Reptile EXPO
September 21-22, 2025 - Del Mar, CA
This event marked a turning point in documented validation. In addition to continued large-animal demonstrations alongside SCHAR and their ongoing rescue efforts, we captured some of our first strong on-camera testimonials — highlighting both the surprise and practical value reptile keepers saw in the platform. For the first time, we also conducted full-day demonstrations with young savannah monitors, allowing extended observation of climbing behavior and enclosure interaction in a live expo environment. The consistent performance under active use further reinforced confidence in the system’s design and durability.
Scales Expo
October 18-19, 2025 - West Palm Beach, Florida
Our final expo of 2025 marked a significant milestone in industry recognition. During this event, several established voices within the reptile community engaged directly with ReptileStation, including independent content creators and breeders with substantial followings. The system received strong influencer validation, with extended hands-on interaction and public endorsements captured on video. This show represented a turning point — moving beyond field testing and community validation into broader awareness within the reptile media and influencer space.
Reptilian Nation EXPO
January 24-25, 2026 - Tampa, Florida
Our first appearance at Reptilian Nation Expo marked an important expansion into the Florida market. This event highlighted not only strong public engagement but also the educational value of ReptileStation. Throughout the weekend, families and young reptile enthusiasts gathered around the enclosure as our team led hands-on discussions and interactive learning sessions. Multiple species were demonstrated in a controlled, high-traffic environment, including our rescued ball python, Split; a red-footed tortoise; and an Indonesian blue-tongued skink acquired from respected vendor Bledsoe's Exoticz. The sustained activity, educational interaction, and continued testimonial capture reinforced both the versatility of the platform and its growing resonance within the reptile community. This event served as the final major appearance leading into our upcoming Founder Sale launch.
